I can’t use the plan at all even with following the step by step instructions from the customer service. Since I have activated the eSIM, I can be refunded.

There was a slight problem initially but the support team got it resolved in less than 10mins. Hopefully the service next time would resolve the APN username so that the service will be seamless overall, GREAT SERVICE, I will use this service everytime I visit taiwan
